At UBLISS Medical Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and relaxing environment for all our clients. To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask you to review our policies before your appointment.

1. Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling at the provider’s discretion.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Payment & Refund Policy
We accept cash, major credit cards, and UBLISS gift cards.
All sales on treatments, services, and skincare products are final. No refunds will be issued.
Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service of equal value.

4. Safety & Medical Considerations
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before treatments.
UBLISS reserves the right to decline services if we determine a treatment is unsafe based on medical history.
Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should consult with their doctor before receiving treatments.

5. Minors Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
For safety reasons, children under 12 are not allowed in treatment rooms.

6. Conduct & Respect
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespectful conduct toward staff or clients.
UBLISS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions
UBLISS gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent.
